FAQ

General

Ai Dev Craft 2026 is a two-day conference for engineers who ship with AI. It runs October 27–28, 2026 at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, with an optional workshop day on October 26.

Engineers and engineering managers who use or want to use AI in real work and want to get better at it. If you ship production code, want to increase the quality and quantity of that code with AI, and wish you had more peers to talk shop with, this is your place.

There’s no dress code. Most folks land somewhere between jeans and business casual. Bring a layer, as conference rooms run cold.
Yes. Breakfast and lunch are included on both Tuesday and Wednesday. If you add a workshop, lunch is included on Monday, too.

There’s a place on your ticket to flag food allergies and accommodations, so please note anything you need there when you register. If you have other concerns, email us at info@ai-devcraft.com and we’ll do everything we reasonably can to help.

The content focuses heavily on engineering practices, and on maintaining craftsmanship, reliability, and maintainability when using AI in development.

One session we can share now: “Staying Up to Date with AI Without Going Crazy.”

Here’s what your team can expect to walk away with:

  • A solid awareness of the AI development tools that have shown mainstream adoption and real results in improving both engineering velocity and quality
  • A working understanding of emerging techniques in AI development, alongside the practices that are already mainstream and accepted
  • Connections with like-minded engineers working on the same improvement areas

A conference is where you get exposed to what’s working and what’s showing promise. Solidifying those practices takes more than a 30 minute talk, but this is where your team finds the ideas worth bringing back.

Our full program will be published in early to mid August. We keep our call for proposals open until closer to the conference on purpose, the AI landscape moves fast and we want every session to be relevant on the day you’re in the room.

Speakers are announced as they confirm. Marina Wyss and Kent C. Dodds are already on the lineup, with more coming soon. We’re also offering two pre-conference full day workshops, including a bootcamp for engineers who are newer to AI assisted development, with the second workshop announcing soon.

Reach out to us at info@ai-devcraft.com and we’ll help.
